I am a proud native Washingtonian. I am a driven and passionate storyteller. I graduated from American University, School of Communication, with a Masters degree in Broadcast Journalism. On a daily basis at American, I was constantly learning and being exposed to a variety of journalism skills.

I conducted research, crafted audio scripts, and produced content for my classroom publications.

I have experience with reporting on public affairs, social media, produced run-downs via ENPS, and used a 360° video. I am also proficient at using Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition.​

I graduated from Hope College, receiving a Bachelors degree in Communication with a emphasis on Broadcast Journalism.While at Hope, I produced various news packages and news shows for my classroom publications.

I pride myself on being creative and adaptable. I am a team player and a self starter. My favorite topics include community engagement and continuous professional development.
